Our goal is to teach responsible dog ownership through education and training. We offer dog training classes, open to the public, which are appropriate for both companionship and competitive obedience, agility, flyball, and comformation.
Holding American Kennel Club (AKC) Obedience Trials for fifty years, STDC currently holds AKC Trials in obedience, agility, tracking, and herding.
Active in the community, members and their dogs volunteer many hours uplifting spirits in hospitals and nursing homes , and holding educational demonstrations.
