She earned obedience championships in AKC, CKC, and UKC, and agility championships in AKC, USDAA, NADAC, and ASCA, and she won the 24" division of the AKC Agility Nationals the first year it was held (1996)."

"For many years, her 'signature move' was to leap into my arms at the end of an agility run. Although she can't make that big leap any more, she is still competing in the Preferred classes in AKC agility. Recently, she has been enjoying Rally Obedience and Variable Surface Tracking. Lexy is the queen of our household and knows that she always gets her spot on the bed when the lights go out. She also lets us know when the smoke detector 'low battery' indicator is beeping, by climbing into my lap. And, she makes sure that we are informed about any joggers, horseback riders, cyclists, or deer that are visible from our front window."
